VEHICLE INFORMATION

All potential drivers must have access to a smart phone in order to download the Levi Drivers app to preform the drivers duties if approved to drive. If you do not have access to a smart phone at the time of registration, you can also apply to become a driver at https://way.leviapp.com where you can complete your profile, upload necessary documentation  and complete the registration process. 

It is imperative you complete all fields and upload all mandatory information before submitting your information for review. If any field is left blank or forms were not uploaded, it will cause further delay in the approval process and all missing documentation will have to be emailed to the support desk for manual input in order to begin the background check. This process can take up to 4 weeks or more to process. So please ensure you have submitted a complete package before submitting to avoid delay. 

You will be required to upload your vehicle inspection information to the app or online through our website  https://way.leviapp.com after you have gotten and received an approval for your inspection, completed by a certified inspector. Every state varies, please refer to your states inspection form for details. This information is needed to review if you are eligible to become a driver. Once submitted, verification and review of your profile will commence and you will be notified if you are approved to drive. You will be required to upload your vehicle registration information to the app or online through our website  https://way.leviapp.com. All drivers insurance must be active and in good standing.  This information is needed to review if you are eligible to become a driver. As a requirement for gaining access to Levi platform, you are required to submit to a background check after a passing inspection and you have submitted all required forms. Levi and individuals who provide services requested through our Levi mobile apps are held to higher standards and are committed to passenger and driver safety. To adhere to this commitment, Levi entity will obtain consumer reports (background checks) from Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRA) pertaining to your abilities. This check is performed to determine your aptitude to enter into or uphold an independent contractor relationship with Levi entity. Reports obtained from CRA may contain information regarding your motor driving history, criminal history, (which may contain pertinent information that discloses your behavioral health maintained by a state government agency that shows any restrictions placed on your ability to drive legally. Your physical or mental health or other background checks.

You will be asked to provide your social security number and check to consent to the background check on the Levi Drivers app or on the website online at https://way.leviapp.com when you complete the drivers registration information.
