To be eligible to receive the cash bonus. Drivers must drive at least 15 complete and successful rides per day during a 5 day work week for a 12 month period with no cancellations. 

Levi offers a round trip ticket to designated destinations as an incentive bonus to drivers who get 6 month of consistent 5 star service rating, after 18 continuous months of driving service with Levi.

To be eligible for this giveaway, drivers must successfully complete at least 10 rides per a 5 day work week with a 5 star service rating on each ride during a consistent 6 month period. Cancellations are not included into this total. This giveaway only becomes available to drivers after 18 months of continuous driving service with Levi. 

Levi offers drivers the opportunities to enter into a raffle to win a 3 night cruise after 15 months of continued driving service with Levi. 

To be eligible for this giveaway, a driver must successfully complete 10 rides per day during a 5 day work week for a 15 month period. Ride cancellations are not included in this total. You must have at least a 4 star rating on each ride to automatically be entered into the raffle.
